The fee includes full board and accomodation as well as conference cost, Sunday afternoon, June 13 until lunch at Wednesday, June 16. It also includes a tourist outing during the conference.

Sigtuna is located close to Stockholm, Arlanda Airport and you will need to make arrangements to arrive there. The cost saved by cheaper flights to other airports in the area will probably be spent on land transportation to reach Sigtuna. There is public transportation available from Arlanda to Sigtuna. You will recive more information regaring these travelarrangements and further information closer to the conference.

In case of cancelation, the participant will bear all costs cased by the cancelation. You may send a substitute to take your place instead.
